30/60 and 38/66 These machines are used where the material requires the maximum amount of cutting. Standard arrangement ol knives in the 30160 is 4 rotor and 6 stator knives and in the 38/66 5 rotor and 6 stator knives. For certain applications the number of knives in the Model 38/66 can be increased. Both rotor and stator knives are adjustable to ensure accurate setting and to enable the clearance between the rotor knives and screenplate to be maintained after re-grinding. All types of film can be reduced to flake and these machines are also particularly suitable for leather, rubber, foam and many other materials.
